The above are the forms needed for an Architectural Change throughout the Hunter’s Ridge Homeowner’s Association. Included in the form are instructions for proceeding with the change. All changes MUST be approved by the Board of Directors. The approved Contractors for each change are also listed on the form. 

As the appropriate Unit Owner, you must sign the Architectural Change Request Form and return the form to the Board of Directors at PO Box 454, New Cumberland, PA  17070. Once the form is received, it will be returned to you with the Board’s signature for inclusion to your original Association documents and files. An additional copy will be retained and filed in the Association’s master files. Once your signed form is returned to you, you may proceed with your Architectural Change.

Also note the Chiminea and Satellite Dish Request Form and Guidelines. If you are going to use a Chiminea or install a Satellite Dish, you must return these forms prior to either use or installation.

For a Maintenance Request, please fill out the above form. All requests are reviewed before the Board. Therefore, depending when we receive your request, and when the next Board Meeting occurs, it may take several weeks to process your form.
